peach rosemary jam
  • 2-3 medium peaches, pitted and diced
  • 2 sprigs rosemary
  • 3-4 tablespoons maple syrup
  1. Place peaches, rosemary, and maple syrup in a small pot over medium-high heat.
  2. Bring to a light boil, stir, lower the heat to low, and let simmer for 15-20 minutes - stirring occasionally.
  3. Once it is just about your desired consistency, remove from heat. It will thicken as it cools.
  4. Remove rosemary sprigs and mash up the peaches with a fork or potato masher.
  5. Let cool completely.
  6. Place in jar and store in the fridge.
  7. Enjoy on toast, oatmeal, or ice cream!
