Happy Big Brother 17 premiere day aka Wednesday aka What I Ate Wednesday!
Blueberry pancakes with blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, and mulberries.
5 different berries on my pancakes, what up. I think blueberry pancakes are my favourite kind of pancakes – soft fluffy pancake clouds with juicy blueberries, mmmmm.
Sweet potato and zucchini fries with avo dip and Moroccan mustard + cucumber.
Did you miss my sweet tater fries last week? Forever obsessed. I also snacked on a nectarine while these were cooking.
And a piece of Zimt Salt of Earth raw chocolate for ‘lunch-dessert’.
I went to see Inside Out with my mommabear and we snuck a bag of Boom Chicka Pop. Inside Out was so adorable, I really enjoyed it!
Brown rice, canned diced tomatoes, hummus, chickpeas, and sauteed veggies.
This is one of my current obsessions. Rice + hummus + tomatoes (or salsa) + a little Braggs = the best. Try it try it try it!
Apple, half a banana, pb cookie dough dip, and almond butter.
I was so hungry after my workout tonight and this was perfect. Workout was just okay, but this made up for it.
Since I’ve posted this pb cookie dough dip so often and I still haven’t gotten my lazy butt to post the recipe – here it is!
Peanut butter cookie dough dip: Mix together 1 tbsp peanut flour, 1 tbsp coconut flour, 1 tbsp applesauce, sweetener of choice (I use toffee flavoured stevia. Maple syrup would be good too), cacao nibs/chocolate chips/Square Bar bits, and enough almond milk to make it desired consistency.
So simple and so good.
