Hello lovely people! How’s September treatin’ ya so far? I hope all is good in your neighbourhood. I’ve got some delish eats for you today and shocker: no toast or sweet potato fries! ! ! ! Let’s do this.
Breakfast was vanilla bean banana ice cream with chocolate sauce (cocoa powder, maple syrup, and almond milk), a chopped date, and lots of granola.
Snacked on a nectarine before the gym.
Saying goodbye to my beloved stone fruit. Until next summer, beautiful fruit.
Salad of lots of mixed greens, all the veggies in my fridge, sauteed zucchini, a Hilary Eats Well root vegetable burger, and a dollop of roasted beet hummus. Threw some salsa on there too afterwards.
These burgers are the bomb. I had tried them in Atlanta and then found them in Hawaii, but was so sad to not be able to get them here. Buuuuut I stumbled upon them at a random little health food type store and was so psyched.
Snacked on a Macintosh apple. Aka the best apples in the world.
Finding mac apples gets me so excited for fall. And they were on sale so naturally I bought my bodyweight in ’em.

I spent the evening at a birthday get together with a bunch of wonderful people I work with. We ate delicious vegan food and watched Magic Mike XXL.
Munched on the teeniest little apple.
Raspberry rhubarb pie and Rice Dream ice cream for dessert.
SO GOOD. I was never a big pie fan and I’m not sure I’ve ever eaten a full slice before, but this pie. was. so. incredible. Having vegan friends is the best.
Now I’m just sipping on some peppermint tea to finish off the night.
