Happy Wednesday, friends! Popping in to share a super quick WIAW with you!
Sooo I started eating and then remembered I meant to snap a picture. Oops.
Breakfast after a morning yoga video was ~1 cup oatmeal cooked with chia seeds, half of a mashed banana, vanilla stevia and topped with a small chopped apple, half of a sliced banana, and some leftover date caramel.
Snacked on one of these cookies I baked and photographed on my ~super fancy~ set up on my air mattress.
Lunch was a blueberry acai bowl from Juice Press. I met up with May and Addie at Central Park and we ended up at Juice Press for a late lunch before wandering around in the park for a couple hours! It was so amazing spending time with those two incredible ladies!
I got home after 7 and was starving so I threw this bowl together. Leftover sushi rice, peas, corn, frozen brussels sprouts, hummus, Woodstock Foods Jalapeno Relish, and sweet chilli sauce. Quick, simple, and delicious.
One Degree Organics cacao brown rice crisps and spelt flakes, puffed rice, banana, raisins, frozen blueberries, and almond milk. Cereal makes the best dessert ❤️
