Wednesday, Wednesday, gotta show all yo eats on Wednesday.
Started the morning off with some yoga and then this bowl of happiness 👉 chocolate banana ice cream with a peanut flour drizzle, blueberries, buckwheat groats, and corn flakes.

Lazy lunch was two bowls of fruit sweetened corn flakes, cacao granola, nectarine, mulberries, ground flax chia blend, and almond milk!
Also snacked on a dried fig and date.
After the gym I munched on some cantaloupe! I had this half, then cut the rest up for my family and ended up eating more.
I’ve been having so much fun at the gym lately and I’ve just felt so motivated. I was really worried I’d just get discouraged because of all the strength I lost after 4 months off, but it’s a new beginning and I have a goal again, which makes it more fun! Some of my strength has come back really quickly too, I’ve been really pleasantly surprised.
For dinner I cooked up some short grain rice and had it with arugula, tofu, radish, corn, and avocado.
Avocado + rice = <3 <3
Aaaand some popcorn while my brother and I watched some movies. + a piece of Loving Earth raw chocolate.
As I finish this off I’m snacking on some pretzels with hummus #hungerfordayz
